2017-18 Enrollment Fees & Policy
Each year, the AYEP Board of Directors sets the fees for the after school program. The Board of Directors continually serves to ensure that a high-quality and affordable after school program is available for all parents/guardians.

FEES
Registration Fee - $25.00/per family
New Student -- $65.00 per month (has never attended AYEP)
Returning Student - $55.00/per month
***Only considered a returning student if they completed the full 2016-17 school year
(Sept – May/June). This does not apply if the student withdrew or stopped coming to AYEP at any time during the school year. This also does not include students who attended in previous school years.
AYEP will begin on the first day of school again this year! A fully completed application and payment of all tuition & fees is required for students to start the first day.
New Student: $25.00 Reg Fee + $32.50 (two weeks tuition for August) = $57.50
September tuition of $65.00 is due by September 1st
Fees to take care of August and September tuition = $122.50
Returning Student: $25.00 Reg Fee + $27.50 (two weeks tuition for August) = $52.50
September tuition of $55.00 is due by September 1st
Fees to take care of August and September tuition = $107.50
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1) Complete the 2017-18 Registration Quick Form & Pay $25.00 (this reserves a “temporary spot” for your student. All “temporary spots” will be released by August 15th if the full enrollment application and August tuition has not been paid.
2) Complete the 2017-18 Full Enrollment Application, Pay $25.00 Registration Fee & August Tuition = your child is enrolled in the Afterschool Program and is ready to attend the 1st day of school
Tuition is due the 1st day of each month. This does not change based upon holidays, days off from school, a child's absence from the program, etc. A four (4) day grace period is provided without penalty to offer additional time to make payments, if necessary.
Any tuition not paid by the 5th of the month will incur a late fee of $10.00 per day. Late payments that do not include late fees will not be accepted and the $10.00 per day late fee will continue to be incurred until the tuition is brought current.
There are no exceptions!
